众所周知,叶片式气动马达是气动工具的主要结构形式之一。叶片式气动马达一般由气缸,转子、叶片、前端盖、后端盖、滚动轴承、定位销等零件组成。其中叶片又是气动马达的主要构件,叶片质量的好坏将直接影响气动马达的功率。叶片的材质有酚醛树脂、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯等。一般采用夹布酚醛树脂(夹布胶木)。酚醛树脂的吸水性很太,受气候条件或贮存条件的影响,叶片长度尺寸变化比较大(吸水膨胀量约0.05~0.30毫米),容易顶住两端盖,使气动马达不能旋转,叶片的工序质量也无法控制。鉴于叶片存在上述问题,对其进行了认真分析和研究。一般气动马达设计时,要求叶片长度与气缸长度的间隙为0.05~0.10毫
