《朔方》创刊31年已出200期,进入而立之年。我从青年进入中年晚期(我发明这个词,是因为我不愿说出“老年”这两个字,逝去的年华太可贵,太值得留恋)的整整31个春秋,都是在这里度过的。这个刊物造就和培养了我,刊物的成长,包含了我的成长。 1959年,我大学毕业来到宁夏。当时自治区还刚刚建立一年,《朔方》的前身《群众文艺》,还只是一张小报,第二年改为16开本的杂志《宁夏文艺》。我亲眼目睹这个刊物从幼稚而逐渐成长为比较成熟的省刊。跟我们的国家一样,刊物经历了许多磨难;检查、停刊的事几番重复,党的十一届三中全会以后,才得以 “Shuofang” first published 31 years out of 200, entered the eve of the year.
