考察了膜液温度、内外凝胶温度和腹液出喷丝头的剪切速度对聚砜中空纤维超滤膜性能的影响。结果表明:保持其它条件一定时,膜液温度升高或凝胶温度降低时,最终膜孔径变小,并用制膜体系三元相图进行了分析;当膜液出喷丝头的剪切速度达到某一极限值时(不同膜液体系,此极限值不同),获得了压密性能优良的聚砜中空纤维超滤膜。
The effects of membrane temperature, internal and external gelation temperature and the shear rate of the aspirate nozzle on the performance of polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane were investigated. The results showed that the pore size of the final membrane decreased when the temperature of the membrane solution increased or the gel temperature decreased while the other conditions were kept constant. The membrane pore size was analyzed by the ternary phase diagram of the membrane system. When reaching a certain limit value (different membrane liquid system, the limit value is different), the polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane with excellent compaction performance is obtained.
