荆门市就业培训中心为适应新时期再就业培训工作的需要,推出多项举措,加大劳动技能培训力度,努力提高服务对象的再就业能力。针对市场上紧缺叉车驾驶员的现状,中心投入大量的人力物力增设了叉车培训专业,自7月开班培训以来,已有近300名学员顺利完成培训,并通过了特种设备操作资格考试,成功实现了再就业;实施“1+1”培训模式,即培训一个专业赠送一个相关专业,如月嫂培训送烹饪培训
