Neonatal brain tumors less than 2 months old can be diagnosed rarely, and even if they are benign, their treatment is very difficult, so in the past it was considered to be insignificant in clinical practice. This article reports 5 cases. Recently, more cases have been discovered due to the development of pediatric neurosurgery. According to reports in the literature, there have been 103 cases (including 5 cases in this article) of neonatal brain tumors below 2 months. There were 53 teratomas, 6 medulloblastomas, 6 ependymomas, 5 choroid plexus papillomas, 4 craniopharyngiomas, 4 astrocytomas, and 3 glioblastomas. There were 3 cases of sarcoma, 3 cases of glioma, and 16 cases. The number of persons located on the screen (64 cases) was more than that of the lower screen (15 cases); most were located in the deep midline region of the brain. According to Gross et al., brain tumors in children under the age of 2 are mostly under the curtain. This may be related to the fact that the most teratoma tumors in neonatal brain tumors occur on the screen. The diagnosis of this disease is more difficult and only a handful can be performed at surgery or autopsy
