砖混结构中设钢筋混凝土圈梁及构造柱,增加了建筑物的整体刚度与延性,提高了建筑物的抗震能力。但在砖混结构中设置的竖向钢筋混凝土构造柱常出现一些质量问题。现介绍我们为解决这些问题所采取的几项措施: 一、钢筋混凝土构造柱在平面上多设在外墙转角和内外墙交叉处(内纵、横墙交叉处多设在楼梯间);在竖向则从基础开始直至顶层圈梁。由于构造柱在通过每层圈梁处都和圈梁混凝土现浇在一起,所以如果抛开墙体去看,它和圈梁在形式上和钢筋混凝上框架相似(但设计上还是以墙体承重)。事实上构造柱是嵌在墙体中的钢筋混凝
