为落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会,全面推进社会主义新农村建设,2005年以来,中央及各级财政部门加大了对农村饮水安全工程项目的投入,在改善农村饮水方面迈出了较大步伐。截止目前,武陟县先后实施了市级和国家级第一、二批农村饮水安全项目,解决了26个村2．0万人的饮水不安全问题。在完成项目工程建设的同时,积极探索如何建立先进的管理机制,切实提高工程管理水平,已成为当务之急。
In order to implement the scientific concept of development, build a harmonious society and comprehensively promote the building of a new socialist countryside, since 2005, the central and various levels of financial departments have stepped up their investment in rural drinking water safety projects and taken a big margin in improving rural drinking water pace. Up to now, Wuyi County has implemented the first and second batch of rural drinking water safety projects at the municipal level and at the national level, solving the unsafe drinking water problem of 20,000 people in 26 villages. While completing the construction of the project, it is imperative to actively explore how to establish advanced management mechanism and improve the management level of the project.
