大尺蠖Buzura Suppressaria benescripta Prou又名油桐尺蠖,一九七一年开始在我场个别茶园出现,七二、七三年部分茶园发生局部为害。七四年起每年均有约20—50%茶园面积(4000—10000亩)受害,仅次于茶尺蠖,是我场近年来主要茶园害虫之一。该虫繁殖力极强,一旦发生,易迅速成灾,不但影响当年茶叶产量与品质,严重的还会影响树势,威胁翌年产量。对于这种害虫的发生规律及防治措施从七四年开始开展了初步研究,现将结果整理如下。
Buzura Suppressaria benescripta Prou, also known as tung oil palm, began to emerge in some tea plantations in our field in 1973. In 1972, part of the tea plantations were locally damaged. Every year since 1970, about 20-50% of tea plantation area (4000-10000 acres) has been harmed, second only to tea scallions, one of the major tea plantation pests in recent years. The insect fecundity is extremely strong. Once it occurs, it will easily lead to rapid disaster. It will not only affect the yield and quality of tea in that year, but will also affect the tree vigor and threaten the output of the following year. For the occurrence of pests and prevention measures from the beginning of 1974 conducted a preliminary study, the results are summarized below.
