在日常的教育教学活动中,为了让每个幼儿体验成功,我们教师常会为孩子搭建各种平台,为孩子提供机会,如不定期地展出幼儿的作品(如:美术、文学等),围绕幼儿园工作目标定期或不定期地开展一些有意义的评比、竞赛(如:讲故事、搭积木、玩游戏)等活动。但往往活动一过,老师通常的做法是:要么请幼儿把作品带回家,自行处理,要么把幼儿作品替换下来后放在活动室里适当的地方,等待下次再用,但时间一长,又不得不另作处理,这些宝贵的材料往往遭受的不是被损坏就是被扔弃的命运,这不能不说是教学资源的一种浪费,实在可惜。随着新课程改革的不断深入,建立幼儿成长“档案袋”已在幼儿园悄然兴起。
