本文应用渐开线啮合原理,导出渐开线型罗茨泵转子理论型线中不同刀具角α时各尺寸之间的关系;分析了不同刀具角对泵性能的影响和选用原则;导出理论型线直角座标解折式,为生产中制造模板和转子测量提供条件。 通过理论计算求出不同刀具角α时泵的容积利用系数,为设计时,计算泵的容量和几何尺寸提供理论依据,并对用展成法加工渐开线转子提出了讨论方案。以便寻求提高转子加工精度和效率的一种途径。为设计者方便,文中列出常用刀具角α的各种计算值表。本文可供罗茨真空泵和罗茨鼓风机设计工作者和有关生产工作者参考。
In this paper, the principle of involute meshing is used to derive the relationship between the dimensions of different involute Roots rotor rotors at different tool angles α. The influence of different tool angles on pump performance and selection principle are analyzed.
