用计算机模拟钢锭加热过程进行数值求解,可以比较精确地对各种钢锭装炉状态和烧钢方法进行加热过程计算,通过计算可以得到炉温、供燃料量随时间的变化规律和钢锭加热各期时间等控制用参数,还可以算出炉子的燃料消耗和生产率等技术经济指标。为此,建立了加热计算用基本方程及其置换得出的差分方程。以液芯钢锭加热和普烧法加热为例做了计算,并对计算结果进行分析,计算数据和分析结论同生产实际和现场实验结果基本一致,说明本计算方法可用。计算可以用于研究均热炉加热制度,还可用于均热炉计算机控制加热数学模型的离线解析计算。
The numerical simulation of heating process of steel ingot by computer simulation can calculate the heating process of various steel ingot loading state and steel burning method more accurately. The calculation data and analysis conclusion are basically the same with the actual production and the field test results, which shows that the calculation method is available. The calculation can be used to study the soaking furnace heating system, and can also be used for the offline analytical calculation of soaking furnace computer-controlled heating mathematical model.
