为探索一种简便易行的小麦氮高效基因型筛选方法,以塑料盒为栽培容器,以浇施营养液的蛭石为栽培介质,对黄淮麦区24个小麦基因型在3种氮素水平下进行了氮高效基因型的筛选。结果表明,这种蛭石盒筛选法,能有效筛选出不同氮素水平的氮高效基因型,利用该方法筛选出的低氮高效基因型有石家庄8号、邯6172和科农199,高氮高效基因型有矮抗58和092-38,氮不敏感基因型有092-39,其中石家庄8号为典型的低氮高效型品种,矮抗58为典型的高氮高效型品种,筛选结果与材料的田间表现比较一致。这种蛭石盒筛选法不但操作简单,而且筛选效果明显,可应用于小麦营养高效研究。
