时下,国内报业竞争愈演愈烈,各家报社高招迭出,随着中国加入WTO日近;国外媒体已在国内有所动作。如何使自己的媒体在竞争中求生存、求发展、创品牌,是许多报纸老总思考的问题。《齐鲁晚报》从一张四开四版售价四分钱的小报发展成今天每天32版、发行量近70万、年广告收入1.8亿元的“大报”,跻身中国晚报“第一军团”;他们提出的“创新发展、超越竞争、争创一流”的发展战略和奋斗目标,体现了齐鲁晚报人朝气蓬勃的精神风貌。
