目的:研究白细胞介素1β( IL - 1β)、白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂( IL - 1 Ra)以及IL -1 Ra/IL - 1β比值在脑卒中患者血清中的水平变化以及IL- 1β与IL - 1 Ra水平之间的相关关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了5 5例脑梗死患者、48例脑出血患者和60例对照者血清IL - 1β、IL - 1 Ra和IL- 1 Ra/IL - 1β水平。结果:脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL - 1β水平均显著高于正常对照组( P<0 .0 1 ) ;脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL - 1 Ra以及IL - 1 Ra/IL - 1β水平显著低于正常对照组( P<0 .0 1 ) ;脑梗死组和脑出血组患者血清IL- 1β和IL - 1 Ra水平无明显相关性( P>0 .0 5 )。结论:IL - 1β在脑卒中发病过程中可能起着促进作用,而IL - 1 Ra可能起着抑制作用;两者的免疫失调状态可能与脑卒中密切相关;IL - 1 Ra/IL - 1β比值可作为脑卒中病情监测的指标
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum interleukin - 1β (IL - 1β), interleukin - 1 receptor antagonist (IL - 1Ra) and IL - 1Ra / IL - 1β ratio in patients with stroke and the correlation between IL- And IL - 1 Ra levels of the correlation between.
