农民工与受雇私营企业劳动关系是转型期中国劳动关系的重要组成部分,与社会和谐稳定密切相关。调查研究表明,当前农民工与受雇私营企业劳动关系总体上是和谐稳定的,劳资纠纷和冲突处在可控范围之内。农民工有明确的劳动关系改善诉求,他们希望政府加强劳动关系管理。农民工与受雇私营企业劳动关系受到多重因素影响,农民工人力资本水平与其收入正相关,他们的劳动就业、工资收入、劳动条件、社会保障和权益维护状况直接影响劳动关系和谐稳定。
Labor relations between migrant workers and privately-employed enterprises are an important part of China’s labor relations in transition and are closely linked to social harmony and stability. Survey and research shows that the current labor relations between migrant workers and private employers are generally harmonious and stable, and labor disputes and conflicts are under control. Migrant workers have a clear labor relations to improve their appeals, they hope the government to strengthen labor relations management. Labor relations between migrant workers and private employers are affected by many factors. The level of human capital of migrant workers is positively correlated with their income. Their employment status, wage income, working conditions, social security and the rights and interests maintenance have a direct impact on the harmonious and stable labor relations.
