动态观察分析糖尿病动物血液粘弹特性变化。在低切变率下全血的表观粘度(η0.512)、红细胞聚集指数(AI),随病程进展逐渐升高;粘性分量(η′)和弹性分量(η″)也显著高于正常。反映红细胞弹性特点的G值,在病程中一直高于正常组。给镁的糖尿病动物上述指标均有不同程度的降低。提示镁离子对改善糖尿病动物的血液粘度和红细胞的变形能力的异常可能有一定作用。
Dynamic observation and analysis of blood viscoelastic characteristics of diabetic animals. At low shear rate, the apparent viscosity (η0.512) and erythrocyte aggregation index (AI) of whole blood increased gradually with the progression of the disease. The viscous component (η ’) and elastic component (η ") were also significantly higher than normal .The G value reflecting the characteristics of erythrocyte elasticity was always higher than that of the normal group during the course of the disease.All these indexes of magnesium in diabetic rats decreased to different extents.It is suggested that the abnormality of magnesium ion on improving the blood viscosity and the deformability of red blood cells in diabetic animals may be Have a role.
