以醋酸锌、氢氧化钠、硬脂酸为原料,采用机械化学法,一步制备出具有表面亲油性能的氧化锌粉体。借助XRD、FTIR、TEM、纳米粒度测试等方法对粉体进行了表征,研究了硬脂酸对氧化锌粉体表面改性的机理。结果表明,硬脂酸中的羧基与氧化锌颗粒表面的羟基发生了酯化反应,并在表面形成有机膜,氧化锌粉末由亲水性转化为亲油性。当球磨时间为50 min、硬脂酸加入量为氧化锌质量的4.5%时,可以得到平均粒度为90 nm的亲油性氧化锌粉体。
Using zinc acetate, sodium hydroxide and stearic acid as raw materials, a zinc oxide powder with surface lipophilic property was prepared in one step by mechanochemical method. The powders were characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, TEM and nano-particle size test. The surface modification of zinc oxide powder by stearic acid was studied. The results showed that the carboxyl groups in the stearic acid esterified with the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the zinc oxide particles and formed an organic film on the surface. The zinc oxide powder was converted into hydrophilic by lipophilicity. When the ball milling time is 50 min and the amount of stearic acid added is 4.5% of the mass of zinc oxide, lipophilic zinc oxide powder with an average particle size of 90 nm can be obtained.
