文章以江苏省南京市江宁大学城为例,通过实地考察和网络问卷调查的形式对高校快递中心“最后一公里”的配送问题进行调查分析。通过调查发现,江宁大学城的高校快递中心存在配送服务标准缺乏,安全性较低;寄取快递服务方式落后;配送业务量波动性大;包裹外包装的资源浪费等问题。为解决上述问题,提出多种对策和建议,整合现有资源,改善高校快递中心的取件配送模式,以期有效解决校园快递中心的“最后一公里”配送问题,提高派件效率,以此有效避免因各种人为因素造成的包裹损坏,保护学生和商家的利益。
