1病例报告患者，女，67岁，因宫颈乳头状腺癌于1998年3月10日入院。经手术前准备于1998年3月ZO日在连续硬膜外麻醉下行广泛性子宫全切十盆腔淋巴清扫术。手术顺利，术中输入少浆血2单位，出血约30O：L，于12：20术毕回房，回房BP18／llkPa，遵医嘱进行计划性补液，观察病情生命
