提出了用自由热收缩的方法建立铸铁水平连铸中铸坯与石墨套界面换热的数学模型.采用所建立的模型,对包括铸坯与石墨套在内的整个传热系统进行数值计算,可以模拟出不同生产工艺条件(如不同铸坯半径、不同牵引速度等)下铸坯的凝固过程.
A mathematical model of heat transfer at the interface between slab and graphite sleeve in cast iron horizontal continuous casting was proposed by means of free heat shrinkage. Using the established model, the whole heat transfer system including slab and graphite sleeve is numerically calculated to simulate the solidification process of slab under different production process conditions (such as different slab radius and different drawing speed).
