目的探讨吉林省乡镇卫生院业务骨干岗位培训模式的有效性和可行性。方法在理论教学的同时引入临床课间实训教学,2011年、2012年吉林省乡镇卫生院业务骨干班72人和68人学员。实验组为2012年学员理论教学培训后,尝试临床医院标准化患者的课间实训教学,对照组为2011年学员采用传统理论教学。比较两组理论考试后临床操作能力考核的教学效果。结果实验组的操作能力的成绩较对照组有显著性差异,差异具有统计学意义。结论乡镇卫生院业务骨干岗位培训模式的教学实践得到学员和教师的认可,对于提高卫生院业务骨干临床技能更好的为基层患者服务具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the validity and feasibility of the key positions training mode of township hospitals in Jilin Province. Methods In the process of theoretical teaching, clinical practice teaching was introduced. In 2011 and 2012, 72 and 68 trainees from the township hospitals in Jilin Province were recruited. Experimental group for the 2012 trainee theory teaching and training, try standardized clinical teaching practice in the hospital, the control group for the 2011 trainees using the traditional theory of teaching. Compare the teaching effectiveness of clinical operation ability test after two theoretical tests. Results The experimental group’s ability to manipulate the results of significant differences compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The teaching practices of backbone post training mode in township hospitals are recognized by trainees and teachers, which is of great significance to improve the clinical skills of clinics in public hospitals and to better serve the patients at the grassroots level.
