目的 观察灯盏花素对椎－基底动脉供血不全 (VBI)病人的脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)影响。方法 设治疗和对照组各 35例 ,治疗组用灯盏花素注射液治疗。对照组用小分子右旋糖酐加维脑路通治疗，共 15d。在治疗前、后分别作 BAEP检查。结果 治疗后两组间 BAEP有显著性差异 (P< 0.05)。 结 论 灯 盏 花 素 治 疗 VBI对 BAEP的 改 善 有 明 显 疗 效 。
Objective To observe the effect of breviscapine on brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods The treatment group and the control group were 35 cases, the treatment group treated with breviscapine injection. Control group with small molecule dextran Jiaweiluotong treatment, a total of 15d. Before and after treatment, respectively, for BAEP examination. Results After treatment BAEP had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Breviscapine treatment of VBI has a significant effect on the improvement of BAEP.
