2012 “SITA / World Air Transport Passenger Self-Service Survey” shows that travelers at the Beijing Capital International Airport are in urgent need of more mobile self-service. More than 90% of respondents want to search flight information through their mobile phones and receive flight updates and boarding pass information. 71% of the travelers interviewed use smartphones, so they can easily use the service.
