企业家默会知识在代际间的成功转移是家族企业顺利延续的关键。本文重点探讨了家族情境对企业家默会知识代际转移的影响机理。对来自中国96家处于传承过程不同阶段的家族企业调查数据的统计分析发现:家族情境可以从家族亲密度、家族集体倾向和家族适应性3个维度来刻画,企业家默会知识代际转移应从诀窍知识获取、心智模式领悟、诀窍知识承诺和心智模式承诺4个维度进行测度。家族亲密度对企业家默会知识代际转移的4个维度都具有显著的正向影响,家族适应性仅对心智模式领悟维度有着显著的正向影响,而家族集体倾向对4个维度的影响均不显著。在任者—继承人关系质量对家族亲密度和诀窍知识获取之间的关系存在完全中介效应,对家族亲密度和诀窍知识承诺之间的关系存在不完全中介效应。
The successful transfer of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge between generations is the key to the smooth continuation of the family business. This paper focuses on the influence of family context on the intergenerational transfer of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge. Based on the statistical analysis of 96 family-owned enterprises survey data from different stages of the inheritance process in China, it is found that the family situation can be characterized from the three dimensions of family intimacy, family collective tendency and family adaptability. The transfer of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge should take place from Know-how acquisition, mental model comprehension, know-how commitment and mental model of commitment to four dimensions. Family intimacy had a significant positive influence on the four dimensions of intergenerational transfer of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge. Family adaptability had a significant positive impact on mental model comprehension dimensions only, while the effect of family collective tendencies on four dimensions Not significant. In-office-heiress relationship quality has a complete mediating effect on the relationship between family intimacy and know-how knowledge acquisition, and there is an incomplete mediating effect on the relationship between family intimacy and know-how commitment.
