本文通过对高浓度全尾砂充填料的试验室研究和分析,指出这种充填料具有不易沉淀、屈服剪切应力大、压力传导具有各方向不相同性、流变特性具有触变性等特点。文中介绍了利用空气作动力的新型环管试验系统,它能准确地测定高浓度全尾砂浆管道输送时的压差。通过试验发现高浓度全尾砂充填料具有宾汉体的流动特性,研究结果表明利用高浓度全尾砂浆进行采场充填在技术上是可行的。
Through the research and analysis of the high-concentration whole-tailing filling material in the laboratory, it is pointed out that the filling material is not easily precipitated, yielding shear stress is large, the pressure transmission has different directions, and the rheological properties are thixotropic. The paper introduces a new loop test system that uses air as power, which can accurately measure the pressure drop of high concentration full tailing slurry pipelines. The experimental results show that the high-concentration tailings filler has the characteristics of Bingham’s body. The results show that it is technically feasible to fill the stope with high-concentration tail-end mortar.
