黄杨木雕《一苇东渡》,去年七月参加了在京举办的“第一局中国工艺美术名家作品展”并受到了广大观众的好评。同时在今年四月份举行的浙江省第二届乡镇工艺美术精品展评会,被评为特等奖,回顾这件作品的创作构思过程,我有以下几点体会:(一)重视人物气质的表现:在黄杨木雕创作中,作者会接触到各种各样的人物。诗人有诗人的气质、大将有大、将的威风、佛家也有佛家的慈祥。因此,作者在创作时,必须重视人物的气质表现。我在创作黄杨木雕《一苇东渡》时,首先拜读了“达摩过江诗”:“侧身天地等浮瓯、静阐禅宗不计秋,一苇横江成独渡,虫沙莽上孰回头”。从诗句中去理解、体味人物所处的环境以及形象,气概。反复推敲人物的精神面貌和独特性格,由此去构思,去塑造、去雕刻。

I was in the creation of boxwood wood carving, “a reed east crossing”, first read the “Bodhidharma’s poem ”: “sideways world floating pots, statics Zen regardless of autumn, a reed Yokogawa into a solitary crossing, Going backwards ”. From the verses to understand, appreciate the character of the environment and the image, style. Repeatedly consider the mental outlook of the character and unique character, from which to conceive, to shape, to engraving.
