目的研究接受人工湿热环境下热习服训练前后肛温、心率、综合感受评分变化与人体对湿热环境适应改善情况的关系。方法在温度39.0℃、湿度80.00%的湿热条件下,以某高校30名男性健康志愿者为对象,进行为期1周的湿热环境训练和测试,监测每次训练前后肛温、心率、综合感受评分。对所得数据进行方差分析并做Tukey检验,分别以肛温、综合感受评分为衡量标准计算每次训练后对热环境适应的改善率。结果和结论肛温和综合感受评分对反映热环境适应的改善状况具有一致性。建议将肛温和综合感受评分一同作为判定对湿热环境适应改善的参考标准。不支持将心率作为参考标准,但仍支持将其与肛温、综合感受评分一同作为安全控制标准。
Objective To study the relationship between changes of rectal temperature, heart rate and comprehensive sensory score before and after training in artificial hot and cold environments and the human body’s adaptation to humid and warm environment. Methods Thirty male healthy volunteers at a university were enrolled in this study. The temperature and heart rate were monitored at 39.0 ℃ and 80.00% . The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey test, respectively, rectal temperature, the comprehensive feeling score as a measure of standard to calculate the rate of improvement of the thermal environment after each training. Results and Conclusions The rectal temperature and comprehensiveness score were consistent with the improvement of the adaptation to the thermal environment. It is recommended that the rectal temperature and general feeling score should be taken as the reference standard for judging the adaptation to the hot and humid environment. Do not support the heart rate as a reference standard, but still support its rectal temperature, combined with the score as a safety control standards.
