小白鼠高脂高糖喂养一个月后,用链佐霉素小剂量多次腹腔注射造模。测定造模前后血糖含量。造模成功后将造模小鼠分组,即模型组、治1组和治2组,另设正常组。治2组用舒糖宝治疗,治1组用盐酸二甲双胍治疗(标准药物对照组),模型组和正常组为不治疗组。结果正常组、模型组、治1组、治2组依次为,造模前血糖为6.25±0.92、6.52±1.15、6.90±0.74、6.67±1.22(mmol/L),各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);造模后血糖为6.12±0.90、14.89±1.44、23.31±6.90、20.52±6.22(mmol/L),正常组明显低于造模组,模型组也明显低于治疗组(P<0.01和<0.05),造模组明显高于造模前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;治疗后血糖分别为5.88±0.77、14.01±4.60、15.13±6.46、11.80±4.79(mmol/L);正常组明显低于模型组和治疗组(P<0.01)但治疗组治疗后明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;总胆固醇(TC)分别为1.29±0.29、1.87±0.52、1.62±0.22、1.90±0.67(mmol/L),模型组明显高于正常组(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)分别为1.53±0.45、1.17±0.37、0.84±0.26、0.87±0.25(mmol/L),治疗组明显低于正常组(P<0.05和<0.01),治2组低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论治疗后,治1组和治2组血糖均明显下降,甘油三酯降低。

After modeling, the blood glucose was 6.12 ± 0.90, 14.89 ± 1.44, 23.31 ± 6.90, 20.52 ± 6.22 (mmol / L) in the normal group and significantly lower than that in the model group P <0.01 and <0.05), and the model group was significantly higher than before modeling, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.01; after treatment, the blood glucose were 5.88 ± 0.77,14.01 ± 4.60,15.13 ± 6.46,11.80 ± 4.79 (mmol / L) in the normal group was significantly lower than that of the model group and the treatment group (P <0.01), but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01); the total cholesterol (TC) was 1.29 ± 0.29 , 1.87 ± 0.52,1.62 ± 0.22,1.90 ± 0.67 (mmol / L), the model group was significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.05); the TGs were 1.53 ± 0.45, 1.17 ± 0.37 and 0.84 ± 0.26 , 0.87 ± 0.25 (mmol / L). The treatment group was significantly lower than the normal group (P <0.05 and <0.01), the treatment group 2 was lower than the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion After treatment, the levels of blood sugar in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were obviously decreased, and the level of triglyceride was decreased.
