纤维连结蛋白(简称 Fn)是存在于人体血液及细胞表面的高分子糖蛋白。近十年来有关 Fn 与肿瘤的发生、转移、粘附、逆转的关系国外已广泛研究,文献报道在某些肿瘤疾患时 Fn 增高,而国内尚未见该方面报道。我们用免疫单扩散方法对肺癌及其它呼吸系统疾病患者血浆及胸水 Fn 含量进行测定,并对癌性及非癌性疾病患者血浆、胸腹水Fn 含量进行了比较。结果:①对31例肺癌患者的血浆及26例肺癌胸水(其中11例为同一患者的血浆和胸水)进行 Fn 含量测定,显示94%的肺
Fibronectin (abbreviated as Fn) is a high-molecular glycoprotein that is present on human blood and cell surfaces. In the past decade, the relationship between the occurrence, metastasis, adhesion and reversal of Fn and tumors has been extensively studied abroad. It has been reported in the literature that the Fn increased in some tumors, but it has not been reported in the country. We used immunodiffusion to measure plasma and pleural fluid Fn levels in patients with lung cancer and other respiratory diseases, and compared plasma and pleural effusion Fn levels in cancerous and noncancerous patients. Results: 1 The Fn content was determined in 31 patients with lung cancer and 26 patients with lung cancer pleural effusion (11 of which were the same patient’s plasma and pleural fluid), showing 94% of the lungs.
