目的为尽快查明污染空气并引起居民区5人中毒的原因及其危害因素,避免猜疑和群体性的恐慌事件,为当地政府采取相应控制措施提供依据。方法应用现场流行病学调查结果,采用顶空-气质联用方法进行实验室检测。结果在盛装不明液体的容器清洗液中检测出丙烯腈,其燃烧产物氰化氢引起中毒的症状与人群中毒症状相符。结论明确中毒的起因是居民吸入丙烯腈燃烧产物氰化氢所致。提示今后应从事件中吸取教训,加强化工原料容器的管理和安全保护宣传,消除安全隐患,排除社会不安定因素,避免类似的事件再次发生。
The purpose is to identify the air pollution and cause the poisoning of five people in the residential area as soon as possible and its harmful factors, to avoid suspicion and mass panic events, to provide the basis for the local government to take appropriate control measures. Methods The field epidemiological survey results were used to carry out laboratory tests using headspace-GC-MS method. As a result, acrylonitrile was detected in a container cleaning solution containing unidentified liquid, and symptoms of poisoning caused by hydrogen cyanide, which is a combustion product, corresponded to symptoms of population poisoning. Conclusions It is clear that the cause of poisoning is caused by inhalation of hydrogen cyanide which is the combustion product of acrylonitrile. It is suggested that lessons should be learned from the incident in the future to strengthen the management of chemical raw material containers and publicity on safety protection so as to eliminate potential safety problems and eliminate social instability and prevent similar incidents from happening again.
