随着中国城市居民对教育、交通和环境质量需求的持续上升,以及居民流动性的增强,住房市场已经承担了地方公共品空间配置的重要功能。城市空间中公共品供给不足或不平衡会影响住房市场的发展质量和城市竞争力,并最终影响居民福利。本文系统地讨论了公共品通过住房市场实现资源空间配置的内在规律,以及住房市场的静态和动态响应机制,并对相关文献进行了梳理,提出了未来具有潜力的研究方向。
With the increasing demand of Chinese urban residents for education, transportation and environmental quality and the increase of residents’ liquidity, the housing market has assumed the important function of the allocation of local public goods. Insufficient or unbalanced supply of public goods in urban space can affect the quality of development of the housing market and urban competitiveness and ultimately affect the well-being of residents. This paper systematically discusses the inherent laws governing the allocation of public goods through the housing market, as well as the static and dynamic response mechanisms of the housing market. The paper reviews the relevant literature and proposes future research directions with potential.
