超重运输机械的结构复杂,通常工况也多变,某些重要构件常常在所承受的载荷远小于设计许用载荷的情况下过早地出现裂纹,甚至断裂破坏,影响整机的寿命。为了能近似地估算这些重要构件的寿命,供整机设计、结构改进起到参考的作用,本文结合疲劳损伤的机理,介绍一种估算起重机主要构件疲劳寿命的新方法——局部应力-应变法。同时编制了适合小型机使用的BASIC语言计算机程序,并给出了计算实例。
The structure of overweight transport machinery is complex, and its working conditions are also often changeable. Some important components often prematurely crack or even rupture under the condition that the load sustained by them is far less than the designed permissible load, which affects the life of the whole machine. In order to approximate the life of these important components for the whole machine design, structural improvements play a reference role, combined with the mechanism of fatigue damage, this paper introduces a new method of estimating the fatigue life of the main components of the crane - the local stress-strain method . At the same time, BASIC language computer program which is suitable for minicomputer is compiled and a calculation example is given.
