不育治虫也称遗传防治 ,是害虫综合防治的一项崭新内容。当前 ,国内外成功的实例不多。本研究选出了烟青虫雄性不育剂和雌性不育剂 ,将其与烟青虫性诱剂结合 ,制成小型不育引诱器 ,每亩烟田插置一个 ,即可诱使田间烟青虫成虫吮食不育剂 ,食后即成为不育蛾。不育蛾仍可与正常蛾交配 ,不但使交配对象成为不育 ,还可使已正常交配的成虫成为不育 ,从而降低田间的虫量 ,减少为害。田间试验结果表明 ,对烟青虫的防治效果达 90 %以上。使用不育剂可以减少田间农药用量和施药次数。本研究选出的不育剂对人畜无害 ,使用简便 ,价格较低 ,对环境无污染。
Sterile pests also known as genetic control, is a new integrated pest control. At present, there are not many successful examples at home and abroad. In this study, the male sterility agent and female sterility agent of tobacco budworm were selected and combined with the sex attractant of Nicotiana tabacum to make a small sterile inducer. One per mu of tobacco field was inserted to induce the tobacco budworm Adult sucking infertility agents, infertility after eating moths. The infertile moths can still mate with the normal moths. Not only the mating objects become sterile, but also the adults that have been mated normally become sterile, thereby reducing the amount of insects in the field and reducing the damage. Field test results show that the prevention and control of tobacco budworm effects of more than 90%. The use of inoculants can reduce the amount of pesticides in the field and the number of pesticides applied. The infertility agent selected in this study is harmless to humans and animals, easy to use, low in price and pollution-free to the environment.
