采用国产核I级ER308L焊丝,依据法国RCC-M标准测试了该焊丝熔敷金属的化学成分和力学性能;研究了采用该焊丝TIG焊焊接00Cr18Ni9不锈钢接头成分、力学性能,并与采用国外核I级ER308L焊丝、国内普通ER308L焊丝的焊接接头进行对比分析;进一步研究了焊接电流对00Cr18Ni9不锈钢焊接接头力学性能的影响,优化国产核I级ER308L焊丝的TIG焊接工艺参数.结果表明:国产核I级ER308L氩弧焊丝熔敷金属的成分、铁素体含量、抗拉强度、屈服强度和冲击功均符合RCC-M标准要求;相同焊接工艺条件下,国产核I级ER308L氩弧焊丝焊接接头拉伸性能优于国外核I级ER308L焊丝和国内普通ER308L焊丝;在焊缝、熔合线及熔合线+2 mm三处的冲击功都比国外核I级焊丝要高;国产核Ⅰ级ER308L氩弧焊丝在120 A的焊接电流下所得接头的综合力学性能最佳,且焊缝中铁素体含量较为合适.
The domestic nuclear grade ER308L welding wire I was used to test the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal of the welding wire according to the French RCC-M standard. The composition and mechanical properties of the welded joint of 00Cr18Ni9 stainless steel with the welding wire TIG were studied. Level ER308L welding wire and ER308L welding wire in China.The effects of welding current on the mechanical properties of the welded joints of 00Cr18Ni9 stainless steel were further studied and the TIG welding process parameters of the domestic nuclear grade ER308L welding wire were optimized.The results showed that the domestic nuclear grade I ER308L argon arc welding wire deposited metal composition, ferrite content, tensile strength, yield strength and impact energy are in line with RCC-M standard requirements; the same welding conditions, domestic nuclear grade ER308L TIG welded wire joint tensile The performance is better than the foreign nuclear ER308L nuclear grade ER308L wire and the domestic general ER308L welding wire; in the weld, fusion line and fusion line +2 mm three impact energy higher than the foreign nuclear I level welding wire; domestic nuclear ER308L TIG welding wire The resulting joint has the best mechanical properties at a welding current of 120 A and the ferrite content in the weld is more suitable.
