目的研究通经草Aleuritopteris argentea的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、鼠李柠檬素(Ⅱ)、对映-3-羟基-8(17),13E-半日花二烯-15-羧酸(Ⅲ)、鼠尾草素(Ⅳ)、3,5,4′-三羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)、滨蓟黄素(Ⅶ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Aleuritopteris argentea. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), limonin (Ⅱ), enantiomer-3-hydroxy-8 (17), 13E-peregal-15- (Ⅳ), 3,5,4’-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavone (Ⅴ), quercetin (Ⅵ), semamethrin (Ⅶ), quercetin Endothelin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
