目的为了探索一条适应和保障ＨＩＳ健康发展之路，服务于医院现代化建设。方法通过综合分析国际ＨＩＳ建设现状和回顾我国ＨＩＳ开发建设进程。结果医院在ＨＩＳ建设中存在着：①投资不少，应用水平不高；②周期长，耗费精力大；③成本高，双方困惑多；④开发无法可依，评审徒有虚名；⑤重视部门利益，轻医院长远建设等。结论应尽快建立功能规范、全面统一的信息编码和实施分级评审制度，并应把ＨＩＳ建设与医院改革结合起来，且应加强合作与交流，提高商品化程度，达到应用软件朝实现“零”维护目标发展。
The purpose is to explore a way to adapt and protect the healthy development of HIS and to serve the modernization of the hospital.
