目的:比较正常牙合与安氏Ⅱ~1类错牙合模型上下颌临床牙冠中心高度,为安氏Ⅱ~1类错牙合矫治设计提供参考。方法:收集正常牙合,安氏Ⅱ~1类错牙合模型各50例,用数显游标卡尺分别测量各组模型的临床牙冠高度并计算出临床牙冠中心高度,进行对比分析。结果:安氏Ⅱ~1类错牙合组上下颌临床牙冠高度及临床牙冠中心高度均较正常牙合组小,大部分测量值间的差异有统计学意义。结论:安氏Ⅱ~1类错牙合畸形患者正畸治疗中应注意托槽定位,以期获得更完美的咬合状态。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the height of the mandibular clinical crown center between normal occlusion and Class Ⅱ ~ Class 1 malocclusion for the treatment of Class Ⅱ ~ Class 1 malocclusion. Methods: Fifty cases of normal occlusion and Class Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion were collected. The clinical crown height of each group was measured by digital caliper and the clinical crown height was calculated. Results: The maxillary and mandibular clinical crown height and clinical crown height of Class Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion group were smaller than those of normal occlusion group, and the difference between most of the measured values was statistically significant. Conclusion: The malocclusion of Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion patients should pay attention to the positioning of the brackets during orthodontic treatment so as to obtain a more perfect occlusion status.
