2014年,通过田间调查SC9、SC201、GR891、E1424和SC124共5个木薯品种的木薯棒孢霉叶斑病的发病情况,采用聚集度指标、Lα-m回归模型和Z-V模型对4种食用木薯品种的木薯棒孢霉叶斑病空间分布型进行了研究。结果表明,木薯棒孢霉叶斑病在不同食用木薯品种上总体呈现聚集分布,但在其发病轻时呈现均匀分布和随机分布;不同食用木薯品种之间平均每叶病斑数有差异,其中对照品种SC124(CK)发病较重,新的品系E1424发病较轻。
In 2014, the incidence of Corynebacterium caecum leaf spot in five cassava varieties of SC9, SC201, GR891, E1424 and SC124 was investigated in field. According to the degree of aggregation index, Lα-m regression model and ZV model, The species distribution of Corynebacterium caecum was studied. The results showed that C. cairiforum leaf spot showed aggregated distribution on different cassava varieties, but showed uniform distribution and random distribution at light incidence. The average leaf spot per cauliflower among different cassava varieties was different, among which The control variety SC124 (CK) had a heavier incidence and the new strain E1424 had a lesser incidence.
