为了减少鼻咽癌患者治后复发率、远处器官转移率，从而提高患者5年生存率，采用中药配合小剂量化疗加放射治疗的中西医结合疗法与单纯放射治疗作比较，用统计学处理。结果：中西医结合治疗组治后5年内复发率11．88％，5年生存率55％；单纯放疗组治后5年内复发率20．78％，5年生存率43．5％，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．005）。两组5年内远处器官转移分别为24．38％和25．97％，两组比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。提示中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌疗效优于单纯放疗，能提高患者5年生存率。
In order to reduce the recurrence rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and distant organ metastasis rate, so as to improve the 5-year survival rate of patients, using traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose chemotherapy plus radiation therapy of Integrative Medicine and radiotherapy alone compared with statistical analysis . Results: The relapse rate of 11.88% and 5-year survival rates of the combination therapy group was 55.8% within 5 years after treatment; the recurrence rate was 5.78% and the 5-year survival rate was 43.5% There was significant difference (P <0.005). The distance of distant organs metastasis in two groups within 5 years were 24.38% and 25.97% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Prompt Chinese and Western medicine treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is superior to radiotherapy alone, can improve the 5-year survival rate of patients.
