由于海水蒸发时有强的背景吸收,而Pb的原子吸收信号无法从这个背景吸收中分开,所以海水中Pb的测定通常是先分离富集而后测定。电沉析于石墨炉内壁法,钨丝电极电解富集插入石墨炉法等均是较好的方法,但是必需具有石墨炉设备才能实现上述各方法。本文是采用钨丝电解富集电热法,电解200秒,测定Pb的检测限可达0.05μg/1。对浓度为10ppb的Pb电解20次,相对标准偏差为7.9%。采用标准加入法,电解400秒,测定了海水中低于1ppb的Pb。
