人参愈伤组织水浸液给小鼠腹腔注射,从几方面观察其药理作用——镇静、抗疲劳、抗高温以及对心血管方面的影响,并同栽培人参作了活性比较。结果表明:1.人参愈伤组织对小鼠自发活动有非常明显的抑制作用,而且较栽培人参抑制作用强,两药均有相似的协同戊巴比妥钠的中枢抑制作用;2.两药均能显著地降低氧耗量,延长小鼠耐缺氧时间及具有相似的抗疲劳作用;3.两药均具有心脏抑制和血管收缩作用;4.人参愈伤组织抗高温作用较栽培人参弱。总之,人参愈伤组织与栽培人参药理活性基本相似,但在某些方面,作用略有强弱之别。
The ginseng callus aqueous extract was intraperitoneally injected into mice, and its pharmacological effects—sedation, anti-fatigue, high temperature resistance, and cardiovascular effects—were observed from several aspects. The activity was compared with cultivated ginseng. The results showed that:1. The ginseng callus had a very obvious inhibitory effect on the spontaneous activity of mice, and it had a stronger inhibitory effect on the cultivation of ginseng. Both drugs had a similar central inhibition of the action of sodium pentobarbital;2. Both can significantly reduce the oxygen consumption, prolong the time of hypoxia tolerance in mice and have similar anti-fatigue effects; 3. Both drugs have cardiac inhibition and vasoconstriction; 4. The ginseng callus is more resistant to high temperature than cultivated ginseng . In short, the pharmacological activities of ginseng callus and cultivated ginseng are basically similar, but in some respects, the role is slightly different.
