[目的]探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂对超重辐射大鼠血清HK、葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白质含量的影响。[方法]大鼠复制超重辐射模型,用林蛙油复方冲剂进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清HK、葡萄糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白质含量。[结果]超重辐射协同作用,可导致大鼠血清HK活性降低,林蛙油复方冲剂可导致血清总蛋白含量升高。[结论]以林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂,可降低大鼠血清HK活性,可升高血清总蛋白浓度。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of Fufang Chongji, a major component of Changbai Mountain Ranae oil, on the contents of serum HK, glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and total protein in over-radiation rats. [Method] The rat model of over-radiation was treated with Rana Oil Compound Prescription, and the levels of serum HK, glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and total protein in the rats were detected. [Results] The synergistic effect of overweight radiation could lead to the decrease of serum HK activity in rats, and Rana oil compound granules could increase the total serum protein. [Conclusion] Ruanfang granules with Rana oil as the main component can reduce serum HK activity and increase serum total protein concentration.
