在充分研究前人成果的基础上,提出了一种新的预测井筒中气液同时向上流动时的压力梯度计算方法。该方法将多相管流分为4个流区,计算每一流区下的压力梯度。用吐哈、江汉等5个油田114口井的实测数据对新方法及其他8种常用的方法进行了对比验证,结果表明,在油气比较小的情况下,Beggs-Bril修正法、Mukherjee-Bril法、Hasan法、Orkiszewski法、Hagedorn-Brown法、Aziz法等常用方法以及新方法的计算误差都不大;但在油气比较大的情况下,新方法具有最小的绝对平均误差(5.65%)和标准偏差(6.61%)。
On the basis of fully studying the previous achievements, a new method for calculating the pressure gradient in the wellbore with simultaneous upward flow of gas and liquid is proposed. The method divides the multiphase flow into four flow zones and calculates the pressure gradient under each flow zone. The new method and eight other commonly used methods were compared and verified with the measured data of 114 wells in five oil fields of Tuha and Jianghan.The results show that Beggs-Bril correction method, Mukherjee-Bril The common methods and the new methods such as Hasan method, Orkiszewski method, Hagedorn-Brown method and Aziz method are not large in calculation error. However, in the case of large oil-gas ratio, the new method has the smallest absolute mean error (5.65% ) And standard deviation (6.61%).
