目的:建立测定贞清胶囊中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-质量分数为0.05%磷酸溶液(9∶3∶92),检测波长为236nm,流速为1 mL.min-1。结果:马钱苷进样量在20~640μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.24%,RSD为0.76%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于贞清胶囊质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of loganin in Zhenqing Capsules. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (9:3:92) with a detection wavelength of 236 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL on an Inertsil ODS-SP column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, .min-1. Results: The logarithmic injection of loganin showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 20-640μg.mL-1. The average recovery was 100.24% and the RSD was 0.76% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Zhenqing Capsules.
