此文是北大吴全德教授应211所的邀请于1979年3月来昆明讲学的一篇讲稿。吴教授把多年来对银氧铯光阴极和多碱光阴极的研究成果向同行作了系统的介绍。他根据用电子显微镜观察银氧铯光电阴极中的银胶粒和银颗粒问题,提出了银氧铯阴极的固溶胶粒理论,同时对发射机理和制备工艺提出了些独特的见解,从而较圆满地解释了银氧铯阴极的长波和短波光电发射的现象,对当前光电阴极的实验研究工作具有很大的指导意义和促进作用。此文共分六部分,我们特选2~6部分在本刊发表。
This article is a lecture by Professor Wu Chuande from Peking University at the invitation of 211 in March 1979 to give lectures in Kunming. Professor Wu has systematically introduced the research results of silver cesium photocathode and polybasic photocathode to his peers over the years. Based on the observation of silver colloidal particles and silver colloidal particles in a silver oxychloride photocathode by using an electron microscope, he proposed a solid sol-gel theory of silver cesium cathodes and provided some unique insights into the emission mechanism and the preparation process, To explain the long-wave and short-wave photoelectric emission of silver cesium cathode, which is very instructive and helpful to the experimental study of photocathode. This article is divided into six parts, we selected 2 to 6 parts published in this publication.
