目的分析不同产地化橘红的黄酮含量与无机元素组成。方法用高效液相色谱法分析化橘红中的黄酮含量,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化橘红中的27种无机元素含量。结果化州产化橘红的柚皮苷等6种黄酮含量均高于其他产地化橘红;被测的27种元素中,道地化橘红的Ca、K、Al、B、Ti、Rb、Sr、Be、Co、Ga、Mo元素含量均高于其他产地化橘红;所有样品中重金属如Pb、As、Hg、Cr和Cu的含量均在安全限值范围内。结论道地化橘红不仅黄酮含量高,而且无机元素组成上也具有明显的优势。
Objective To analyze the flavonoids content and inorganic element composition of Citrus aurantium in different areas. Methods The content of flavonoids in tangerine was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, and the content of 27 inorganic elements in tangerine was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results The content of 6 flavonoids, such as orange, naringin, produced in Huazhou was higher than that of other native oranges. Among the 27 elements tested, Ca, K, Al, B, Ti, Rb, Sr, Be, Co, Ga and Mo were all higher than those of other producing oranges. The contents of heavy metals such as Pb, As, Hg, Cr and Cu in all samples were within the safety limits. Conclusion Daqing orange not only has high content of flavonoids, but also has obvious advantages in the composition of inorganic elements.
