影响红细胞释放氧和携带氧的因素诸多。已有文献报道,当糖尿病酸中毒时,由于血磷浓度降低,可使红细胞内2、3二磷酸甘油酸盐合成减少,分解增多,以致红细胞的释氧能力明显下降,微循环中氧释放减少,导致组织缺氧。尤其是用大剂量胰岛素治疗时,血磷下降更为明显,从而可能加重由糖尿病本身所引起的多系统合并症。因此,目前有人主张用胰岛素治疗糖尿病时应投予磷制剂,以减轻由于血磷降低所引起的机体损害。本文就是通过临床实验观察,阐述了胰岛素用量与血磷浓度变化间的关系。
