1996年3月12日～14日,全国房地产工作座谈会在长春市举行.这次会议的主题是:根据中央和建设部的整体部署,系统地总结“八五”时期我国房地产业的成就和经验,研究“九五”的发展目标与思路,部署今年的工作.来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市的建委主任,房地产处处长、各直辖市、省会市、计划单列市的房地局局长、开发办主任等约200人,参加了会议.
