由于油井分布不均衡,使套管的阴极保护电流也不均匀,从而造成电流屏蔽效应,使套管的保护受到削弱。为克服电流屏蔽效应,应用计算机建立数学模型,计算被保护的电流分布,选择最佳的阳极位置,减小电流屏蔽,使电流均匀分布。通过试验得到了一个计算最佳阳极位置的经验公式,模拟实验表明具有良好的精度。但这只是一个初步模型,该经验公式也仅适用于在同一区域中,土壤电阻率基本一致的情况,否则还需考虑土壤电阻率不同造成的电流分布的不均匀。
Due to the uneven distribution of wells, the cathodic protection of the casing current is not uniform, resulting in current shielding effect, so that the protection of the casing weakened. In order to overcome the current shielding effect, a mathematical model is established by computer to calculate the current distribution to be protected, select the optimal anode position, reduce the current shielding and make the current evenly distributed. An empirical formula for calculating the optimal anode position is obtained through experiments. Simulation experiments show that the method has good accuracy. However, this is only a preliminary model. The empirical formula is only applicable to the case where the soil resistivity is basically the same in the same region, otherwise, the current distribution caused by the difference in soil resistivity needs to be considered.
