对稀土 -铝合金热浸镀渗工艺和渗铝层组织及耐腐蚀性进行的研究结果表明 ,在 0 1 %~0 5w %RE含量范围内 ,随着稀土含量的增加 ,渗层组织不断细化 ,渗层前沿整齐。稀土含量超过0 5w %后组织反而粗化。无论渗层是否经过扩散处理 ,稀土含量为 0 3w %时 ,渗层耐蚀性能最好。稀土含量为 0 3w %时 ,扩散前耐蚀性是不加稀土的 1 3倍 ,扩散后其耐蚀性是不加稀土时的约 3倍。
The results of the hot-dip aluminizing technology and the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the aluminized layer show that the microstructure of the infiltrated layer ceaselessly increases with the increase of the RE content in the range of 0 1% ~ 0 5w% RE Chemical, infiltration layer tidy front. No matter whether the diffusion layer is diffused or not, the corrosion resistance of the diffusion layer is the best when the content of rare earth is 0 3w%. When the content of rare earth is 0 3w%, the corrosion resistance before diffusion is 13 times that without rare earth, and its corrosion resistance after diffusion is about 3 times higher than that without rare earth.
